Christmas Punch

Ingredients
500ml Cranberry juice
60 ml apple juice
40 ml Monin Winterspice
2 cinnamon sticks
2 cloves
2 star anise
1 lemon
1 orange
Angostura rum
Bundaberg ginger beer
cranberries
rosemary
Le Fruit Basic
1 Pour 500 ml Cranberry juice, 60 ml apple juice, 40 ml Monin Winterspice into a large jug
2 Toss the cinnamon sticks, cloves and star anise into the jar
3 Cut the lemon into slices and add (keep half the other half)
4 Cut the orange into slices and add (keep half the other half)
5 Stir well, cover and place in the refrigerator. Let stand for at least 2 hours
Serve
1 Fill a coppa (gin & tonic) glass with 8 to 10 ice cubes and add the following ingredients: 30 ml Angostura rum, 100 ml Bundaberg ginger beer
2 Fill with the mix from the refrigerator using a sieve
3 Garnish as desired.
