Pumpkin Spice Highball

Ingredients

• 20ml MONIN Pumpkin Spice syrup
• 40ml rye whiskey
• 30ml verjus
• 20ml walnut brandy
• 130ml soda

Garnish: fresh bay leaf & grated nutmeg

Method

Combine all ingredients in a Highball glass filled with ice.
Stir gently.
Top with soda water.
Garnish and serve.
