Pumpkin Spice Highball
Ingredients
- 20ml MONIN Pumpkin Spice syrup
- 40ml rye whiskey
- 30ml verjus
- 20ml walnut brandy
- 130ml soda
Garnish: fresh bay leaf & grated nutmeg
Method
Combine all ingredients in a Highball glass filled with ice.
Stir gently.
Top with soda water.
Garnish and serve.
