Returns

We would rather see you happy with your order, but it can always happen that something is disappointing...

By law, you have 14 days to consider your purchase from the day of receipt.

You may cancel the purchase without giving a reason.*

You can return the product by filling in our withdrawal form or by sending us an email.

You must return the product within 14 days. Of course, unopened ;)

The costs of returning are for your own account.

As soon as we have received the product in good condition, we will refund the amount to your account. Depending on the bank, it is usually back in your account the next day.

Nb. Monin bottles can only be returned if the seal (cap) is not broken. Pack it well (all bottles are sent in special bottle boxes & wrapped with tissue paper).
