Kiwi Splash

Ingredients 

• • 20 ml Le Fruit de MONIN Kiwipuree
  • 5 ml MONIN Elderflower siroop
  • 45 ml gin
  • 15 ml calamansi juice
  • 5 mint leaves
  • Soda

Garnish

• • Dehydrated kiwifruit

Preparation

• • Combine ingredients, except soda, into a glass
  • Mix well and fill the glass with ice
  • Top up with soda
