Pumpkin Spice Overnight Oats
Een gezond en lekker ontbijt?
Met deze Pumpkin Spice overnight havermout kun je er de hele dag tegen!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup low fat Greek yogurt
- 15 ml. Pumpkin Spice
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients and stir until thoroughly incorporated. Make sure the oats are covered by the liquid completely.
- Cover tightly and store in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. Once the oats have softened, serve as desired.
