Basil Lime Negroni

Ingredients

1 oz. gin

1 oz. sweet vermouth

1 oz. bitter/herbal aperitif

6 mL Monin Basil Syrup

¹/₂ oz. lime juice

ice

splash club soda

Glass: Rocks/Old Fashioned

Glass Size: 10 oz.

Garnish: basil sprig, lime

Instructions

1. Combine ingredients, except sparkling beverage in serving glass.
2. Stir well to combine.
3. Top with sparkling beverage.
4. Garnish.
