Een gezond en lekker ontbijt? 

Met deze Pumpkin Spice overnight havermout kun je er de hele dag tegen!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup low fat Greek yogurt
  • 15 ml. Pumpkin Spice
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
 
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. In a mixing bowl combine all the ingredients and stir until thoroughly incorporated. Make sure the oats are covered by the liquid completely.
  2. Cover tightly and store in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight. Once the oats have softened, serve as desired.
